1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

What if you change your mind after receiving an originalpiece of art?

You have fourteen days from the date of receipt to inform us. Arefund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee calculatedoff the total purchase amount, or  

We are pleased to provide you with a complimentary artadvisor to assist you in your search for the ideal replacement artwork. 

Within 14 days of receiving the original artwork, you mayreturn it for a full refund to your original payment method if it was damagedor misrepresented.  

All return shipments must be coordinated through LAC SHOPand sent in their original packaging, which includes all accompanyingcredentials that were received with the order.  

Funds will be remitted in GBP, and all refunds will besubject to the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Please be advised that all frames, limited and openedition prints, and special commissions are final sale. Artwork that has beenstretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase will not be eligiblefor returns. Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day period.

This guide addresses inquiries regardingshipping for works acquired through secure transactions and LAC SHOP.

4. What is the process for shipping? What is the cost?

Our expertise lies in the expert packaging and shippingof artwork. LAC SHOP is accountable for the coordination of shipping and theprovision of quotes and lead times. The cost of packing materials is includedin the shipping costs, which are determined by the quantity, size, and packingof your work, as well as your location.

5. What is the cost of shipping for the works that are available for secure checkout?

Shipping fees will be computed during thetransaction process for works that are available for purchase or offer. Apreview quote will be available for evaluation on the artwork page for certainworks.You will have the opportunity to examine allshipping fees before submitting your offer. Your order or offer isautomatically charged for shipping fees. Please do not hesitate to contact ourteam at info@londonartcollective.com if you have any inquiriesregarding the shipping charge. We will obtain a quotation for you.

6. What is the cost of shipping for works that are available through LAC SHOP Inquiries?

LAC SHOP will furnish you with a shippingquote that is contingent upon the quantity of your work, your location, and thecost of the packing materials. 

In the event that an unforeseen circumstancearises, we suggest that you request shipments that include insurance andtracking. We also suggest that you inquire about the inclusion of customs feesif the artwork is being shipped internationally to prevent any unexpectedexpenses in the future.

7. Will I be required to sign for my shipment upon its arrival?

In general, your tracking number willindicate whether a signature is necessary to receive a shipment. We suggestthat you ship your work to a location where someone can receive it, such as anoffice building, if you are concerned about the security of your cargo.

8. You do not provide shipping services to my country. What should I do?

If the artwork you are interested inpurchasing is available for secure transaction and LAC SHOP does not have ashipping fee listed for your location, please contact our team at info@londonartcollective.com We will obtain a quotationfor you. 

If the artwork is listed under the LAC SHOP Inquiry function, a gallery representative will verify whether shipping isavailable to your location when you submit an inquiry.

9. Can I return a work or cancel my order?

All offer sales are final. All sales made viasecure checkout are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. After this 24hour period, the sale is considered final. Get in touch with our team at info@londonartcollective.com We’ll work on aresolution.  

In the rare case that something arrivessignificantly different than described, let us know info@londonartcollective.com We’ll work on aresolution. 

Note: Due to the unique nature of art, if your work is meaningfully not as described, inauthentic, doesnot arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including getting your money back. For full details, pleasesee The LAC SHOP Guarantee.

10. Where can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from info@londonartcollective.com whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow your shipment’s status. 

Note: In the case that your order does not have a tracking number, youwill be contacted by phone to schedule delivery.

11. Can I pick up the work in person?

Some works available for secure checkout offerlocal pickup. If this is possible, you’ll see an “Arrange for pickup” option onthe shipping page at checkout. 

Note: You can check the work’s location on theartwork page (displayed above the checkout button) or under the artwork titleduring checkout. 

If you opt to pick up your work, our team will contact you after yourorder is confirmed to coordinate timing and logistics.

12. My offer was declined, but I’m still interestedin the work. What should I do?

If the work is no longer available or if the gallery can’t ship to yourlocation, contact us at info@londonartcollective.com Our team can help you find a similar work.
